Honest mechanics are a rare find these days. I called up asking for help on some messages on my dashboard and transmission oil change , he was very detailed in explaining what can and cannot be done at his shop. He saved me time and money. Thanks for existing !

I highly recommend Bernd because he has the 3 things most important to me in any automotive repair specialist: experience, skill and integrity.I discovered his shop over 10 years ago when I was looking for maintenance on my Mercedes S class and I didn't like the dealership assigning junior mechanics to work on my car while charging $225/hour. Bernd has many years experience and has a passion for working on German cars. He performs excellent service at competitive prices and I trust what he says working on my S or G class car. Try him and you won't be disappointed.

I did oil change at some other local shop.and i found out oil was leaking. So i went back to the shop. But they said oil change was nothing problem. And they suggest to do check up for oil leak. Cost me $190!! So i decided to bring my audi Q5 to ben's shop. He found out the issue right a way. It was oil drain o ring..he told me to go back to the shop. My 2010 Audi S4 has 180K+ miles on it; visiting my product dealers from Oregon to San Diego. The Audi was running hot to the touch (more than usual) and I asked Ben to take a look. Turns out there was only a loose cap causing a leak. He tightened, cleaned and fixed it up. I have known Ben for the past 20 years or so, just dropping off and picking up coworkers who took their Mercedes and BMWs to him for service. I purchased a Mercedes SUV a few years ago and started taking it to Ben for all of my service needs. He has replaced both front and rear brakes, serviced the engine and transmission, as well as routine service and oil changes.Hands-down, he is the most honest mechanic I have ever encountered. This past week I took it in because I had a loud squealing, mostly when turning the vehicle. Ben road-tested it, put it on the lift, pulled off all four wheels, and went through the vehicle carefully, finding the source of the noise. It was a clip that broke off from above and was grinding on the driveshaft. Ben shot a video for me and called to say "come pick up your car!" Maybe because I'm a regular customer, but he absolutely insisted upon not taking any money. For that reason, among many others, I highly recommend you visit him with your BMW or Mercedes!
